No. 2 is my second guitar build, designed from the ground up. The design of the guitar took inspiration from the classic Fender Telecaster and put a modern, more personalized spin on it. It has been on stage and in the recording studio.
No. 2 features a chambered swamp ash body and hard maple through neck design. The top is dyed swamp ash, with a custom f-hole and white binding. It utilizes high-end hardware, including a Hipshot hardtail bridge, and Spertzel locking tuners. The pickups are Seymour Duncan p-rails which have been wired with 3 mini-toggle switches to allow for a total of 12 different tonal configurations.
This guitar demonstrates an ability to actualize each step of a fully functional product, from conceptualization, digital design, custom template and jig preparing, material sourcing, fabrication, electronic soldering and assembling, and final finishing.
